Выводы.

1. а) В максикольцевой ДНК Leptomonas seymouri обнаружено 6 сайтов, способных инициировать транскрипцию, один из которых располагается в дивергентной области остальные 5 - в консервативной. в) анализ участков, способных инициировать транскрипцию показал, что все они содержат нуклеотидную последовательность АААААС(С/Т)(С/Т).

2. Показано, что с максикольцевой ДНК Leptomonas seymouri транскрибируется три полицистронные молекулы РНК (тетрацистронная, включающая продукты генов ND7, COIII, Cyb, А6; трицистронная - 12S рРНК, 9S рРНК, ND8; дицистронная -RPS12, ND5) и моноцистронная - ND4.

3. Редактирование мРНК COIII, Cyb и А6 осуществляется в составе полицистронной РНК. Для мРНК А6 показано наличие продуктов альтернативного редактирования.

4. Зрелые 12S рРНК и 9S рРНК не содержат модификаций на своих З'-концах, тогда как все обнаруженные нами пре-мРНК - полиаденилированы.
